Same as Testosterone Enanthate - elevates testosterone, estradiol, suppresses HPTA, increases RBC, worsens lipids
Compound Guide
Ester: Cypionate -- 8-carbon chain ester. Slightly longer half-life than Enanthate but clinically interchangeable. The US TRT standard.
Dosage:
- TRT / Cruise: 100-200 mg/week
- Enhancement: 300-600 mg/week for 12-20 weeks
Injection Protocol:
- Inject 2x/week for stable levels (or 1x/week acceptable for TRT)
- IM: 25-27g needle, 1-1.5 inch, glutes/delts/VG
- SubQ: 27-30g insulin needle, abdomen (for TRT doses up to ~100mg per injection)
Key Notes:
- Functionally identical to Enanthate -- choose based on availability
- Most US-prescribed TRT uses Cypionate; Australian/UK protocols use Enanthate
- Same PCT timing as Enanthate: wait ~3 weeks after last pin
