Questions

Why not a monthly subscription?
Because most people test every eight to twelve weeks. A monthly plan would invoice you through the two months you have no reason to log in, which manufactures churn out of otherwise happy users. Credits match how the product is actually used.
Do credits expire?
No. Buy a pack, use it over a year if that is how your testing falls. There is no renewal date and nothing to cancel.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing. Every analysis, blood test and protocol you have ever created stays readable forever. Only creating new ones is gated, never reading what you already have.
What counts as one credit?
One PDF or image upload with extraction, one VM Analysis, or one generated protocol. Follow-up chat on an analysis you already paid for is included.
I am outside Australia. Can I still pay?
Yes. Prices are set in Australian dollars because VitalMetrics is an Australian business, and Stripe converts to your card's currency at checkout.
