Need help?
Email [email protected] about anything: a charge you do not recognise, a refund, a report that would not parse, a bug, or a marker we are missing. VitalMetrics is run by one person, so expect a reply within a day or two rather than in minutes.
Charges appear as VITALMETRICS on your bank or card statement.
Refunds. If a report fails to parse, or we recognise fewer than half the values in it, your credit is returned automatically and you do not need to ask. If a charge was not worth it for any other reason, email me and I will refund it.
Managing your credits or membership. Everything lives on your billing page, including your full credit history and a link to cancel a membership. Cancelling never removes access to results you already have.
Support VitalMetrics
Found this helpful? Keep the articles (and my TRT) going.
Most of VitalMetrics is free and stays that way: entering your bloodwork by hand, the whole dashboard, the calculator, every marker and compound page, the plotter and the articles. Only the parts that call an AI model on your behalf cost anything. I build the tools, write the articles, and cover the hosting and model costs myself, alongside my own bloodwork and TRT. If it has helped you read your own labs, saved you a consult, or just taught you something useful, a tip keeps the free half running.
No pressure at all. Sharing the site with a mate who is on TRT helps just as much.

Sharing VitalMetrics with someone who tracks their bloodwork, or reading and passing on the articles, helps just as much as a tip. Thank you either way.
