Nandrolone Phenylpropionate
Short-ester 19-nor compound. NPP - faster acting than Deca.
Overview
Short-ester 19-nor compound. NPP - faster acting than Deca.
Effects on Markers
Same as Nandrolone Decanoate but faster onset/clearance. Easier to manage prolactin-related sides.
Compound Guide
Ester: Phenylpropionate -- short-chain ester. Faster onset and clearance than Decanoate, allowing quicker dose adjustments and faster side-effect resolution.
Dosage:
- Joint Support: 100-200 mg/week (split EOD)
- Enhancement: 300-600 mg/week for 8-12 weeks
Injection Protocol:
- Inject EOD (every other day) -- mandatory for stable levels
- 25-27g needle, 0.5-1 inch, delts/VG/quads
Key Notes:
- Same compound as Deca but with a short ester -- sides resolve faster if issues arise
- Preferred over Deca for shorter cycles or when quick adjustability is needed
- Still a 19-nor: prolactin monitoring applies, same HPTA recovery concerns
- Detection time still very long (12 months) despite short ester
- Can begin PCT sooner after last injection (~10-14 days vs 4+ weeks for Deca)
