Same effects as other testosterone esters — elevates testosterone, estradiol (via aromatization), suppresses LH/FSH, increases haemoglobin/haematocrit, worsens lipids. Mixed esters cause more hormonal fluctuation than single esters.
Compound Guide
Ester Blend: 30mg Propionate + 60mg Phenylpropionate + 60mg Isocaproate + 100mg Decanoate = 250mg total per mL. Multi-phase release: propionate peaks day 1, decanoate sustains levels for ~2 weeks.
Dosage:
- TRT / Cruise: 250mg every 10-14 days (as prescribed) or 125mg every 5-7 days for more stable levels
- Enhancement: 500-750mg/week for 12-16 weeks
Injection Protocol:
- Inject 2x/week minimum for stable blood levels (despite the "designed for infrequent injection" claim)
- IM: 25-27g needle, 1-1.5 inch, glutes/delts/VG
- Less suited for SubQ due to volume at higher doses
Key Notes:
- More aromatisation fluctuation than single-ester testosterone due to short esters peaking early
- Popular in UK/EU — prescribed as Sustanon 250 for TRT
