TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4)
Synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4. Used for tissue repair, wound healing, reducing inflammation, and promoting flexibility.
Overview
Synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4. Used for tissue repair, wound healing, reducing inflammation, and promoting flexibility.
No significant direct impact on standard blood markers. May reduce inflammatory markers (CRP, ESR) through anti-inflammatory activity. Does not affect hormones, lipids, or haematology. Limited human data.
Compound Guide
Structure: Synthetic version of the 43-amino-acid naturally occurring peptide Thymosin Beta-4. Key active region is the actin-binding domain.
Dosage:
- Loading phase (injury): 5-10mg/week split into 2-3 injections for 4-6 weeks
- Maintenance: 2-5mg/week for ongoing recovery
- General recovery: 2.5mg 2x/week
Administration:
- SubQ injection, abdomen or near injury site
- 27-30g insulin syringe
- Larger injection volume than most peptides due to typical dosing
Key Notes:
- Promotes angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), cell migration, and tissue repair
- Reduces inflammation and fibrosis — may help with scar tissue
- Synergistic when stacked with BPC-157 — different mechanisms of action complement each other
- More systemic in action compared to BPC-157 (which is more localised)
- Generally well tolerated — nausea and head rush reported occasionally
- Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, store refrigerated
- No significant impact on standard blood panels
