Effects on Markers

Can mask elevated estradiol (anti-estrogenic at receptor), moderate lipid impact, may elevate PSA, does not aromatize, moderate HPTA suppression

Compound Guide

Ester: Available as Propionate (short) or Enanthate (long). Propionate is more common.

Dosage:

  • Enhancement (Prop): 300-500 mg/week, injected EOD
  • Enhancement (Enanthate): 300-500 mg/week, injected 2x/week

Injection Protocol:

  • Propionate: EOD, 25-27g needle, delts/VG
  • Enanthate: 2x/week, 25g needle, glutes/VG

Key Notes:

  • DHT derivative -- does not aromatise and has anti-estrogenic effects at the receptor level
  • Can mask high E2 symptoms without actually lowering estradiol -- be cautious about relying on it as estrogen control
  • Primarily cosmetic: hardening, drying, mild strength increase
  • Works best at low body fat (<12%) -- effects are less noticeable at higher body fat
  • Moderate lipid impact -- less harsh than Winstrol but still suppresses HDL
  • Hair loss risk is significant (strong androgen at the scalp)
  • Often added to contest prep stacks or cutting cycles alongside Test
