PED Notes

Not typically significantly affected by AAS. Intense training can temporarily elevate. Low values may indicate overtraining or immune suppression.

Supplements (for low WBC):

  • Zinc -- 30mg/day
  • Vitamin C -- 1-2g/day (split doses)
  • Quercetin -- 500mg 2x/day
  • Probiotics -- 10-20 billion CFU/day, immune support through gut health

Lifestyle:

  • Adequate sleep (7-9h)
  • Address any underlying infection or overtraining
