PED Notes
Not typically significantly affected by AAS. Intense training can temporarily elevate. Low values may indicate overtraining or immune suppression.
Supplements (for low WBC):
- Zinc -- 30mg/day
- Vitamin C -- 1-2g/day (split doses)
- Quercetin -- 500mg 2x/day
- Probiotics -- 10-20 billion CFU/day, immune support through gut health
Lifestyle:
- Adequate sleep (7-9h)
- Address any underlying infection or overtraining
